AV Team | Notion

The AV Team is required to setup and test all equipment before the Sunday Gathering, preferably on Friday or Saturday, depending on the Calendar.
Arrive by 8:45 am and setup and test all equipment before the music team arrives.
Perform a test run through the presentation slides and any embedded videos or special requests.
Conﬁrm with speaker whether they want a lapel or hands free microphone.
If the speaker brings their own laptop, test the cable connection.
After the Gathering, ensure that the equipment is packed in their proper place and the AV room is locked.
