• Setup and test all equipment before the Sunday Gathering, preferably on Saturday night, depending on chapel availability as per the Calendar.
  • Liaise with the Music team to help setup on their practice date prior to Sunday.
  • If unable to setup the equipment before Sunday due to unforeseeable circumstances, arrive at 8:00 am, otherwise arrive at 8:30 am, power up and retest all equipment.
  • Set up cameras (cam1, cam2).
  • Set up inputs and outputs to ATEM. (Input: cam1, input: cam2, input: slides macbook , output: zoom).
  • Make sure slides are showing on all TVs, projector and ATEM input.
  • Confirm with speaker whether they want a Rode lapel mic or hands free microphone. Some speakers prefer this microphone, but it's much harder to mix without feedback, and the transmitter and receiver need to be charged.
  • If the speaker brings their own laptop, test the cable connection.
  • After the Gathering, ensure that the equipment is packed in their proper place.
