Turning on the System

  1. Turn on the computer and projectors by ensuring the power button is switched on at the power switch labelled “Mixer” on the bottom left side of the desk

  2. Turn on the power switch in the quiet room to turn on the back projector

  3. Turn on the PC and ensure monitors are switched on

  4. Make sure the ATEM is powered on with the power cable plugged in and the ethernet (blue cable) is plugged into the ATEM

  5. Make sure that the HDMI cables and the USB-c cables are connected to the MAC as shown:

  6. Make sure the Rear projector HDMI cable is connected to the Splitter1 box, make sure the red sticker HDMI cable and the quiet room HDMI cable is connected to the big HDMI splitter box as shown:

  7. Turn on the HDMI splitter and make sure that whenever changing the HDMI cables behind that the splitter is turned off first before changing and turning back on

Screen Configuration

  1. Click ‘Screens’ on the top of ProPresenter and then click ‘Configure Screen’
  2. In the ‘Configure’ Screen menu, ensure that the ‘Audience’ screen or ‘Front Screens’ is ‘HDMI Splitter’ and ensure the ‘Rear Projector’ Screen is ‘EPSON PJ’

  1. Make sure that both the ‘Audience” and ‘Stage’ are both turned on to present the slides on the screen
    1. The ‘Audience’ and the ‘Stage’ button can also be turned on the top right of the screen, make sure that the buttons are green/turned on
